A demo is a demonstration model that has been used in our listening room. A pre-owned unit is equipment that was traded in by a customer. In both cases, we check the technology and functionality before a product is offered.

Is there a warranty on demo and pre-owned equipment?

Yes. Warranty terms differ per product and are always communicated clearly in advance. Where possible, we supply the equipment with its original packaging and documentation.

Can I listen to a demo or pre-owned unit beforehand?

Absolutely. You are welcome in Kampen for a listening session, by appointment only. This allows us to take our time and fine-tune the system properly.

Can I take a demo or pre-owned unit with me right away?

Sometimes, depending on availability and packaging. In other cases, we arrange delivery or transport in consultation with you. For larger loudspeakers and fragile equipment, we always recommend careful transport.

I am looking for something specific, but it is not in the overview. What now?
