Terms and Conditions
Novus Audio is a sole proprietorship with showroom and business location at Eckertstraat 18F, 8263 CB Kampen, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 05086771.
1. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, deliveries and services provided by Novus Audio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations and price indications issued by Novus Audio are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment
Payment must be made within the agreed payment term. Novus Audio reserves the right to suspend orders or deliveries until full payment has been received.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative only and cannot be regarded as binding deadlines. Novus Audio is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, transport companies or force majeure.
5. Shipping and Risk
Products are carefully packaged and shipped. The risk of loss or transport damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the specified delivery address, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Warranty
New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty provided by the relevant manufacturer or importer. Used equipment, demonstration units or trade-in products are only covered by warranty if explicitly agreed in writing beforehand.
7. Trade-ins and Used Equipment
Trade-in values are determined based on the condition, age and market value of the offered product. Equipment must be fully functional and correspond with the provided description.
8. Retention of Ownership
All delivered products remain the property of Novus Audio until full payment has been received.
9. Liability
Novus Audio is only liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Applicable Law
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
