The MOON 371 is the flagship of Simaudio's new Compass Collection. It combines a network player, amplifier, DAC, preamplifier and phono stage in a single chassis. Since MDCA amplifier technology and the MHP hybrid power supply work together, the 371 consequently delivers 100 W into 8 ohms and 200 W into 4 ohms — with THD+N of just 0.003% at full power. Above all, it is a complete high-end system that requires nothing else.

MiND 2 streaming and full connectivity

The MiND 2 platform supports Tidal, Deezer, Qobuz, Spotify, AirPlay and Bluetooth. Furthermore, the 371 is Roon Ready, thereby integrating seamlessly into any Roon environment. The built-in phono stage accepts both MM and MC cartridges, so a turntable connects directly without an external stage. Control is via the MOON MiND Controller app on iOS and Android, or the included CRM-4 metal remote.

MDCA and MHP — Simaudio's proprietary technologies

MDCA stands for MOON Distortion-Cancelling Amplifier — a topology that actively suppresses distortion. As a result, the 371 achieves a damping factor of 425 and a signal-to-noise ratio of 108 dB. The MHP hybrid power supply moreover ensures stable energy delivery under all load conditions. Since these technologies work in combination, the 371 therefore sets a benchmark for measured performance in its class.
