The PrimaLuna EVO 200 Tube Integrated builds on the foundations of the EVO 100 and adds three meaningful improvements. Output rises to 2× 44 W, the amplifier is furthermore compatible with the powerful KT150 valve, and a Home Theater Bypass input is included. Since the Adaptive AutoBias circuit monitors and adjusts tube bias continuously and automatically, no manual intervention is required regardless of which valve type is fitted. Consequently, the EVO 200 combines ease of use with greater musical versatility than its smaller sibling.

KT150 compatibility and extensive tube rolling options

Valve compatibility covers EL34, KT88, KT66, KT77, KT90, KT120 and KT150 — the broadest range in the EVO lineup at this level. As a result, tube rolling options are more extensive than with the EVO 100. The KT150 is the most powerful valve in the KT88 family and gives the EVO 200 a considerably more powerful character.
